We are looking for a detail-oriented Vape Retail Specialist with a strong focus on inventory management, numbers, and Shopify operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes as much as on the floor, keeping inventory tight, accurate, and optimized while supporting day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all products
- Receive, count, and organize incoming shipments
- Track product movement and identify stock discrepancies or shrinkage
- Monitor bestsellers and ensure reorder levels are maintained
- Work within Shopify to:
- Update product listings and inventory counts
- Track sales trends and reporting
- Assist with online order processing and fulfillment
- Analyze sales and inventory data to support purchasing decisions
- Ensure back-of-house is clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist customers on the floor when needed with product knowledge and recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data
- Experience with Shopify (or similar POS/e-commerce platforms)
- Retail experience, ideally in vape or similar regulated products
- Ability to multitask between inventory, systems, and customer service
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning product specs and staying up to date on inventory
