Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate in our Rolex Boutique, you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience from offering personalized assistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them through their luxury journey. From the first conversation to purchase and beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:

Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.
- Maintain and transfer knowledge of brand heritage, collection, features and key attributes to clients, adhering to Rolex and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients to make the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.
- Ensure that the showroom meets the visual expectations of the brand.
- Collaborate and assist co-workers to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.

Qualifications:
- Have 3-4+ years of experience in retail sales. Experience dealing with a luxury retail client base and/or previous experience with watches is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in client management, retail sales and operations.
- Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Qualified candidates must have valid work authorization for employment in Canada.

Expected Compensation Range: $70,000 to $110,000 annually
