Larry Potter Events is Durham Regions number 1 event specialists, dedicated to providing fun and memorable experiences through our inflatable castles, obstacle courses, games and more. We are currently doing a MASS hiring, immediate openings available for various jobs.
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Delivery and Setup Coordinator.
The first role involves ensuring the safe delivery such as driving our vehicles, , setup, and maintenance of our inflatable jumping castles, contributing to our mission of creating joyful events for clients
Second Role involves, riding with the driver, setting up and complete maintenance of our jumping castles. Take down, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and takedown of inflatable castles at various locations.
- Drive company vehicles to each location for delivery and take downs. (if you are applying as a driver)
- Work along side other team members for the safe delivery and setup of inflatables.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery and service records.
- Support team members in daily operational tasks.
- Job is Part time but could lead to full time.
- Qualifications
- Experience with lift trucks is an asset but not requited..
- Valid G driver’s license for drivers
- Experience with driving cube vans and or towing trailer is an asset.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open schedule- Not going to school, has open full time availabilty (weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays )
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
