HVAC Technician
CIG Heating & Air Conditioning is rapidly growing throughout the Ottawa area and we are looking to expand our team with a certified G2 Gas Technician.
Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems. Must be able to work alone and perform assigned task/calls within the time frame allocated. The candidate will need to interact with customers therefore great customer service and communication skills are key.
CIG Heating & Air Conditioning is a great place to experience all aspects of the HVAC field, you will work with all types of furnaces, air conditioner systems, and boilers. There is also opportunity to obtain the necessary hours for the G1 certification. Competitive benefits plans are available!
Job Duties
- Service, Maintain, and Repair Gas Furnaces
- Commission HVAC Equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed in systems app.
- Able to lift 50 Pounds
- Able to work on ladders
Air Conditioning experience is an asset.
Sheet metal repair experience is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
