Job Summary
At Nomade Window Cleaning we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role requires strong attention to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Window Cleaner will ensure that all glass surfaces are spotless, enhancing the overall aesthetic and safety of our clients' facilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and cleaning solutions
- Operate power tools and equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas, including ladders or scaffolding
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning and general custodial duties
- Use custodial experience to identify and address any issues with window frames or surrounding structures
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Heavy lifting of equipment, supplies, or ladders as needed for thorough cleaning operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance practices is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting any issues or concerns during work assignments
Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
