Full-Time Technician – Air Sealing & Building Performance
Airtight Experts Inc. is an authorized AeroBarrier dealer specializing in advanced building envelope solutions. We are growing and are looking for a full-time Technician to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities
- Install and operate the AeroBarrier air sealing system on residential and commercial projects
- Perform air tightness testing (blower door testing)
- Set up equipment and maintain a safe, organized worksite
- Work closely with builders, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Travel to project sites as required
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Building science and building envelope knowledge
- Air tightness testing (blower door testing)
- Insulation installation
- Air barrier installation
- General construction experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Highly Preferred
- Previous AeroBarrier installation experience (this is a major asset)
