The Opportunity:
Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility. Level up your career as a Welder
Summary:
The welder is responsible for welding a variety of Vidir products within a team environment, according to the Production schedule.
Responsibilities:
· Weld all products according to weld drawings, compliant to CWB standards and regulations.
· Monitor parts inventory in respective areas of work and ensures parts are available to meet production requirements.
· Achieve and maintain required productivity levels (efficiency and utilization)
· Adhere to all Safety and Health Standards
Qualifications:
**A combination of education and experience will be considered.**
· Welding trades certification would be considered an asset but is not required.
· 1-2 years of Welding Experience (MIG) would be considered an asset but is not required
· Strong Math skills and spatial reasoning ability
· Use of hand/power tools
· Basic literacy skills
