Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various community events. This role is vital in building brand awareness, fostering positive relationships with the public, and showcasing our products through interactive demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be personable, energetic, and passionate about connecting with diverse audiences to promote our brand’s values and offerings.
Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in community events, festivals, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Effectively communicating features and benefits to event attendees.
- Engage with passersby in a warm, approachable way - inviting participation and creating a welcoming presence at the booth
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise to enhance brand recognition.
- Collect feedback from event participants and report insights to the marketing team for future campaign improvements.
- Collaborate with event organizers and team members to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company’s brand image at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos effectively while engaging audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to attend various community events on weekends or evenings as needed.
