Job Posting: Welder / Fitter/ Millwright We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fitter or Millwright to join our fabrication and install team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery.
Job Overview
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary Range: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience and certifications)
- Shift: Day shift, with occasional overtime, some travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
Welding/fitting
- Layout & Fitting: Measure, position, align, and fit components together using jigs, fixtures, and tack welding.
- Production Welding: Perform high-quality structural and custom welds using MIG,
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication blueprints, and weld symbols accurately.
- Material Preparation: Cut, grind, bevel, and prepare metal pieces using torches, plasma cutters, and saws.
Millwright
- Equipment Assembly: Prebuild, Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, conveyors and heavy industrial machinery.
- Mount electric motors, shafts, bearings and bushing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy machinery environment.
Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
