Performs a wide variety of clerical, financial, and administrative duties to support Infrastructure Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Bus Stop & Sign, and other Infrastructure Management groups.
Responsibilities include work order creation and maintenance, updating and retrieving data from the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, processing invoices and purchase documents, coordinating credit card reconciliations, preparing utility and financial information, maintaining departmental records, and providing reception and general administrative services.
Checks employee timesheets for accuracy, enters payroll and attendance information, and resolves pay-related inquiries when possible. Provides customer service to internal staff and external parties, responds to routine and emergency telephone calls, and supports departmental communications.
Provides cross-coverage for other clerical areas during short-term absences and assists with workload peaks.
