In this role, you will provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production of RF products and rapid resolution of technical challenges.
What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day technical support to production lines

Assist with scaling new product designs into manufacturing environments

Review and maintain production documentation to ensure accuracy

Complete first article inspections and validate component quality

Collaborate with Engineering to process ECOs and design revisions

Troubleshoot failures involving electrical components and assemblies

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and efficiency
What You'll Bring:

Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
-
Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems (preferred)

Exposure to:

MRP systems and ECO processes
-
ISO-compliant manufacturing environments
-
Electrical assemblies and documentation
-
ESD-safe practices
-
Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
