Audi Southgate is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional Service Department. As a luxury automotive brand, Audi Southgate is committed to delivering a premium ownership experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and exceptional service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, coordinating repair and maintenance appointments, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the service process. This role requires strong communication skills, automotive service knowledge, and the ability to build trust with customers while working closely with technicians and the service team.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Review customer concerns, vehicle history, and scheduled service requirements
- Create accurate repair orders and fully document customer information, vehicle details, mileage, and service needs
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended maintenance or repairs clearly to customers
- Schedule work with technicians and coordinate service timelines
- Communicate with technicians, dispatch, and service management to ensure efficient repair flow
- Keep customers updated on repair status, timelines, cost changes, and additional recommendations
- Review completed work with customers and ensure all questions are answered before vehicle delivery
- Advise customers on future maintenance needs based on time, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
- Assist with extended warranty and service contract claims as required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with dealership and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
- Luxury brand or Audi/Volkswagen experience is considered an asset
- CDK experience is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
