What You Bring to the Table

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced tourism/café environment
-
Experience handling cash and using POS systems
-
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
-
Comfortable interacting with diverse guests and providing clear information
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
-
Basic food safety knowledge (or willingness to obtain certification)
-
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
-
Class 5 BC license
Your Days Will Look Like

Set up activities including the cafe and Base activities
-
Set up and operate the café, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for customers.

Provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Welcome guests upon arrival, easing nerves and building excitement.

Direct Guests throughout Base activities, upsell premium tours and recommend Gibbons businesses in town.

Provide detailed product knowledge on all tours and activities.
