Koala Insulation of Halton is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee installation projects (spray foam, blown-in and batt), coordinate with team members, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead by example and contribute to the successful execution of our installation services across various projects. The Lead Installer will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding company reputation through expert installation practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams during project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Install insulation products accurately, following technical instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays or rework.
- Train and mentor junior installers, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during installations.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and accounted for throughout each project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insulation installation roles within construction, HVAC, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for on-site work environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; experience in driving a 5-tonne box truck.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with specific systems or products relevant to our services, certifications in safety or technical fields, or prior supervisory experience. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to quality workmanship and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
