Kawartha Metals Corp is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Material Handler. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. The functional role of the Material Handler is to pull orders and assist customers. We are currently looking for additions to both our day and afternoon shift.
The successful candidate will possess;
· Knowledge of the metal and steel industry
· One to three years’ experience in wholesale/resale environment and manufacturing
· Ability to work independently and as a team
· One to three years’ experience operating a forklift
· Clearly communicate in English both orally and in writing
· Lift up to 70lbs
· Demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner
The starting wage for this position is $20 per hour.
