We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in home care environments. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
- Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Help clients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
- Assist with activities tailored to individual needs, including dementia or hospice care
- Follow care plans meticulously and document care provided accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of patient care, caregiving, and medication administration
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid background check and willingness to undergo necessary training
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
