```Overview:
We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. If you have experience in roofing and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged or worn-out roofs
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove old roofing materials and dispose of them properly
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install or repair flashing, gutters, and downspouts
- Apply sealants or caulking to ensure roofs are watertight
- Clean up job sites and ensure all debris is properly disposed of
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
