Thrive Swim Academy is a premium swim school offering 1:1 private lessons only. We teach children ages 3+.
What you’ll do
- Deliver 1:1 private swim lessons to children ages 3+
- Follow our ability-based progression system
- Conduct basic skill assessments and provide progress feedback
- Maintain constant supervision and follow safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with parents and adult swimmers
What we’re looking for
- Swim instruction, lifeguarding, or competitive swimming experience
- CPR-C & First Aid, Bronze Cross + National Lifeguard are minimum qualifications.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
