Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work on your own as well as with the team.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Support team members during busy periods by performing serving, cleaning, and light kitchen duties
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices at all times
Requirements
- 3 years experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles preferred; experience with kitchen operations or guest services is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry
