We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations while executing Teatro Group's culinary vision, standards, and business goals.
Reporting directly to the Director of Culinary, this leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing culinary teams, maintaining operational excellence, and driving financial performance.

What are the duties to perform:

Proven success as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a high-volume hospitality environment

Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage food and labour costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills

Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Must hold a valid Food Safety Certification
