Tri Century Mill Suites is looking for energetic, professional, and guest-focused hospitality team members to join our growing team.
This is a unique hybrid hospitality position ideal for candidates who enjoy variety in their workday and thrive in a fast-paced guest service environment. Team members in this role may work across multiple areas including front desk operations, café/bar service, barista duties, bartending, food preparation assistance, and hotel operational support.
We are seeking individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, cocktails, snacks, and light food items
- Assist with café/bar operations and basic food preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest spaces
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and hotel operations teams
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support daily hotel operations and guest experience initiatives
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Hotel front desk or guest services
- Barista or café service
- Bartending and beverage service
- Restaurant or food service operations
- Food preparation assistance
Candidates with combined hospitality experience across multiple areas are highly valued, as this role requires flexibility and the ability to transition between responsibilities throughout a shift.
Required Certifications
- Smart Serve Certification
- Food Handler Certificate
- WHMIS Certification

Working Conditions
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Lifting/carrying up to 20–30 lbs regularly
- Fast-paced hospitality environment with continuous guest interaction
- Ability to move between front desk, café/bar, and operational support duties throughout shifts
