OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing Fastco’s digital marketing initiatives across our leading alloy wheel, tire and accessories brands. From managing social media channels and influencer partnerships to developing email campaigns, supporting growth marketing efforts, and maintaining web content, you’ll help bring our brands to life across the digital landscape.
We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy marketer who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and performance analytics. You’re someone who understands the conversations, trends, and communities shaping the automotive space on social media and knows how to create content that authentically resonates with enthusiasts. Your ability to transform insights into engaging campaigns and measurable results will help strengthen our online presence, grow our communities, and drive brand engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media and Community Management 35%
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Fast Wheels, Braelin, ENVY, and Fastco social channels.
- Manage daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including feed posts, stories, reels, and video content.
- Monitor automotive trends, enthusiast communities, and social conversations to create relevant and engaging content.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries while building relationships with followers.
- Identify and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships to increase brand reach and engagement.
Content Creation 25%
- Develop digital content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Identify content opportunities based on automotive trends, enthusiast culture, product launches, and social media insights.
- Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging, target audiences, and channel requirements for Creative Services and external partners.
- Capture and edit short-form social media content while collaborating with Creative Services and external partners on larger-scale productions.
- Collaborate with Creative Services to develop assets optimized for social media, email, web, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate the delivery and deployment of digital content across channels.
- Develop and manage product storytelling, captions, copywriting, and messaging for digital channels.
- Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content strategies.
Email Marketing 15%
- Execute consumer and B2B email marketing campaigns, including creative briefing, campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment.
- Support email content development, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
Growth Marketing & Digital Advertising 15%
- Support digital advertising initiatives in collaboration with marketing agencies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs across social media, email, web, and digital advertising, providing recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and audience growth.
- Identify opportunities to grow audiences, improve engagement rates, and strengthen digital presence across platforms.
Website Updates 10%
- Collaborate with the PMO team to update consumer website and B2B platform content. This includes product launches, promotional content, landing pages, visuals, and marketing assets.
- Perform routine quality assurance across digital channels to ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support ongoing improvements to the consumer and B2B website experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or a related role (in-house or agency experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, email marketing, and content calendars.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting, and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Passion for automotive culture and experience within the automotive, powersports, or consumer goods space is an asset.
- Experience with Sprout Social, Mailchimp, and Wrike is an asset.
- Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships is an asset.
CONDITIONS
- This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site at Fastco Canada headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC, and two days remote.
- This role requires occasional overtime work, including evenings and weekends, to support Fastco’s presence at trade shows and events.
