We are a continuously expanding HVAC company in Victoria looking for a motivated and reliable Service Dispatcher to join our team.
This position will start with dispatch coordination, scheduling, and customer communication. As you gain experience, there is an opportunity to grow into sales.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take initiative, and build a long-term career with us.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation
- Coordinate appointments and maintain job records
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
- Assist with quotes and follow-ups as training progresses
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service experience preferred
- HVAC experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
