We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, with hands-on experience using various hand tools and techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, including flooring installation, carpentry, plumbing, and painting. The Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to ensure precise execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install flooring materials, including tile and other surfaces, according to project specifications.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and cabinetry installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure durability and aesthetics of installations.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to enhance functionality and appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields is required.
- Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
