Bartender/Manager Supervisor Position
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Manager Supervisor to join our Restaurant/Bar in mid-Etobicoke and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- . Mixology & Service: Prepare and serve beverages with precision, artistry, and enthusiasm. Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
- · Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff. Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure all team members are meeting service standards.
- · Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and oversee deliveries. Ensure all products are stored, rotated, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
- · Quality Control: Regularly inspect bar areas and equipment for cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- · Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol, and company policies.
Who We’re Looking For
- · Experience: Minimum 3 years bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- · Skills: Strong mixology and customer service skills, excellent communicator, and an inspiring leader.
- · Personality: Outgoing, reliable, organized, and cool under pressure. Able to handle high-volume service with a smile.
- · Certification: Valid alcohol server certification and food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain).
- · Availability: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- · Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- · Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities, adapt to new systems, and embrace feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00-$62,500.00 per year
