Restoration Drywall/Paint/Carpentry Repair
Premium Restoration is seeking a Carpenter/Drywall/Carpentry Installer experienced also in taping, texturing, insulation, millwork and painting work.
Position Summary: Experience & expertise of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of structures, installation of drywall, texturing and painting in residential, commercial, and other structures.
Responsibilities: Rough and finish carpentry, millwork. Installing insulation to stud wall cavities. Install drywall taped to finish, applies or blends textures, seal and paint drywall. Reads blueprints, Work Orders and Specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures and material and tool requirements.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Carpentry/drywall/Texture/Paint experience. References of previous carpentry/drywall jobs. Courses or certifications from trade schools or equivalent experience. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures. Ability to solve basic arithmetic problems quickly and accurately.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Extended health plan including medical, dental and vision.
