WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Coordinator, Cruise optimisation is responsible for the coordination of Cruise revenue management activities.
- In depth analysis of the Cruise FIT and Groups pricing to identify sales & revenue opportunities
- In depth analysis of promotional rate codes in Revelex and flag opportunities
- Review & analyze all incoming promotions from various cruise lines and take appropriate actions
- Keep abreast of the competitive environment and report on findings
- Provide various reports as requested by analysts and managers
- Support adhoc projects requests for members of the revenue management team
- Any additional duties as assigned by Management
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bilingual English/French
- Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
- General understanding of quantitative and statistical methods
- Proven problem-solving skills used to recommend and implement effective solutions
- Completion of relevant post-secondary education or travel industry related experience.
- Experience in selling & booking Cruise products
- Knowledge and the ability to navigate the cruise line booking engines
