Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pasta dough, cooking and plate pasta.
- Prepare and cook grill dishes.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pasta chef or Grill chef in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations related to food handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
