We are seeking a residential Carpenter who can lead a small crew or work on their own. You will report to and take direction from the Director of Operations. You are self-directed and know how to keep the job, yourself, and a crew moving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Foundations, framing, demo, siding, finishing, shoveling gravel, sweeping and more
- Mentor 1–3 carpenters and helpers
- Read drawings, maintain quality control, and flag issues early
- Complete daily site logs and communicate progress with the Director of Operations
- Represent BDH professionally — clients are on site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Red Seal Carpenter or equivalent
- 10+ years residential construction
- Crew leadership experience preferred
- Reliable, accountable, self-directed
- Valid Class 5 license and clean abstract
