Job Summary:
As a team member at Quesada, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the establishment. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for customers.
Food Preparation:
- Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to prepare menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.
- Ensure that food products meet quality standards.
Cash Handling:
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process payments and provide correct change.
- Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Keep work areas, dining areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Assist other team members as needed.
Compliance with Policies:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation.
- Comply with food safety regulations.
Flexibility:
- Be willing to cross-train and perform various roles within the restaurant.
- Adapt to changes in workflow and priorities.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or team-oriented roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Pay: $17.60 per hour
