We're Hiring: Human Resources Generalist (Parental-Leave Contract Position) - Your Mission: Drive business excellence by helping our employees be successful
Your Role: A versatile HR Generalist managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and benefits administration as well as disability management and learning & development. A proactive problem-solver with an understanding of labour laws and a passion for fostering a positive company culture.
What We're Looking For: An individual with education and experience in Human Resources who is able to establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines. Someone with strong interpersonal, verbal, and technological skills.
A Snapshot of What You'll be Doing: Supporting HRBP with various HR duties including disability management and benefits administration, supporting the Leadership team, payroll processing, recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Compensation: $65,000
