Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities, and post construction.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, and common areas
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of the premises
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at different job sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
