Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Granite / Quartz Countertop Installer or Apprentice to join our skilled team. This role involves installing high-quality countertops in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring precision and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare surfaces for countertop installation based on blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install granite or quartz slabs accurately
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight and secure fittings
- Assist with surface restoration, including finishing touches such as polishing and sealing countertops
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly handle materials and tools throughout the project
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, construction, carpentry, or tile laying is preferred but not required for apprenticeships
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
- Knowledge of caulking, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or restoration work is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job and follow safety protocols
- Prior experience in construction or working with countertops is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $17.47-$30.00 per hour
