This role is open to individuals who are regard themselves as

As a Technical Trainer you
will:
Work in a collaborative team to interview key
personnel to determine their knowledge levels and training
needs, to learn and develop training package for the product of
interest, and to deliver the training to the target audience
Prioritize your objectives and contribute to
project planning and status reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with the client, client
end users and project consultants to understand training needs
Support development and design
of training material and plans.
Provide application and product
training to both technical and non-technical users.
Perform web-based training and
support through online tool such as WebEx, Microsoft Live Meeting
Conduct end-of-training surveys
and follow-up surveys with trainees.
Create and update training material such as
end-user manuals/guides, presentations, references
Continuously improve professional skills through
training.
Qualifications:
Completed undergraduate degree, other professional designation also preferred
More than 5 years of Supply Chain and Mobility related work experience.
Project-based experience
and previous training experience, as an internal or external
technical trainer, is an asset.
Experience working with
some of the following leading technology solutions is an asset:
Manugistics,i2, SAP APO, Oracle, Cisco
Technical Experience with enterprise applications, mobility software, and wireless technologies
Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
in teams
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Extensive travel in Canada and USA and some travel globally may be required.
Experience in the development, design
and delivery of training material for both technical and
non-technical users at the specified experience level.
Knowledge and experience in
delivering training on specified packages and platforms.
