Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and carrying out local marketing campaigns to promote the company's immigration services.
- Visit local businesses, community organizations, educational institutions, and settlement agencies to introduce the company's services and build professional relationships.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials in approved locations.
- Help organize and coordinate community outreach events, workshops, and information sessions.
- Prepare reports summarizing outreach activities, event attendance, and marketing efforts for management.
- Maintain professional relationships with referral partners and follow up regarding future collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable advertising regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with on-field marketing, best practices, and digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Facebook Advertising is preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and creativity are essential.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
