Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, punctual and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in electrical work. Must have experience in high-rise building's electrical wiring.
Duties
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Work with low voltage systems, including wiring and circuitry.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with industrial electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of electrical systems and best practices.
Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
