Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Deliver both New and Pre-Owned vehicles to guests by proving outstanding customer service where you'll demonstrate key vehicle features & Technology
- Support the sales team throughout the delivery process
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive or retail environments is advantageous
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction
Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
