Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $60,000 - 100,000+ /year depending on performance, sales, and profit. Sales commission, bonus pay, and health benefits.
The Role
We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
This is a hybrid role combining field-based relationship building with proactive outreach, focused on developing new business and representing a premium product to top kitchens.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business within restaurants, hotels, and hospitality accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs and purchasing teams
- Conduct outreach through calls, visits, and networking
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new products
- Follow up consistently on leads and customer requests
- Work closely with internal team to ensure strong service
- Maintain organized records of accounts and sales activity
Requirements:
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or B2B sales
- Existing relationships within the restaurant industry are a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with independent prospecting
- Understanding of restaurant operations and chef expectations is a major plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
