Scope:
As an RSR at Executive Mat Service Ltd., you play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our customers. Each day begins with reviewing your delivery schedule and ensuring your vehicle is properly loaded with mats, janitorial supplies, and any other required products. You will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle, delivering products across the city, and maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction with each visit. This role combines driving, route management, product handling, and excellent customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license is a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Strong customer service skills – Demonstrates professionalism and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
- Excellent attention to detail – Ensures accuracy and care in handling products and paperwork.
- Effective communication and teamwork – Collaborates well with team members and communicates clearly with clients and coworkers.
- Hard-working and reliable – Maintains consistent punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude on the job.
Working conditions:
- Operate vehicles for up to 10 hours a day
- Required to lift up to 50lbs
- Work in a loud or noisy environment
