Position Summary
The Shop Hand is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the shop and yard through equipment preparation, cleaning, maintenance support, deliveries, facility upkeep, and general operational assistance. This role plays an important part in ensuring equipment is properly maintained, the facility remains organized and professional, and operational personnel have the support required to meet customer and company expectations. The Shop Hand works closely with the Operations Manager, Rental Equipment Technicians, Field Technicians, and Operations Team to support safe, efficient, and productive operations. Current responsibilities include equipment servicing, cleaning, deliveries, yard maintenance, shop upkeep, and equipment preparation activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 25 years of age
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, industrial, construction,rigs or oilfield environment considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
- Forklift certification considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence
- Must provide a current 5 year drivers abstract with resume
- Basic Computer Skills
