We're currently looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to help coordinate workflow, support production planning, and keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish.

Role Overview
The Production Scheduler plays a key role in keeping our shop running efficiently by coordinating production schedules, supporting communication between departments, and helping ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, and able to balance customer needs, technician workflow, and operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to maximize shop efficiency
- Coordinate workflow across departments and technicians
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential scheduling conflicts
- Prioritize jobs based on customer requirements and operational capacity
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status
- Provide regular updates on scheduling, production progress, and delivery timelines
- Update work orders and job data in company systems
- Support material tracking and production documentation
- Inspect and organize incoming vehicles for efficient production flow
- Coordinate subcontractor activities as needed
- Support job handoffs between departments to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records and help keep the production floor organized and efficient
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
- Honest, accountable, and willing to take ownership of mistakes and outcomes
- Customer-facing experience and professional communication skills
- Takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through on commitments and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-style environment
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Scheduling systems
- QuickBooks
- Sales order management
- Inventory or production tracking systems
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending for a full shift
Nice to Have
- Experience with production scheduling or technician scheduling
- Background in related trades
- Experience with automotive 12V electrical systems
- Experience working in a hands-on, operational, or shop-based role
- Familiarity with vehicle upfitting, commercial equipment, or fleet-related work
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and retain information well
