Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Ticketed Plumber/Gasfitter/OBM to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance work with OBM experience. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas systems in commercial and residential settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise and precision.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems according to blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform maintenance tasks on existing systems to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct inspections to identify issues with plumbing or gas lines and implement appropriate solutions
- Assist in the assembly of piping systems and related components
- Follow safety protocols during all phases of work to prevent accidents or hazards
- Collaborate with construction teams on various building projects for seamless integration of systems
- Document work performed and report on project progress as required

Requirements
- Valid ticket/license as a Plumber, Gasfitter, or OBM (Oil Burner Mechanic)
- Proven experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, maintenance, and construction projects
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and perform heavy lifting safely
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation and repairs
- Knowledge of schematics and ability to interpret technical documentation accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
