Job Description:
Blue Roses Autism Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Instructor Therapist to join our team in Newmarket, Toronto, Scarborough, Oshawa and Etobicoke. As an Instructor Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized therapy programs under the supervision of a senior therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism.
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by senior therapists.
Collect data and monitor clients' progress.
Participate in regular team meetings to review clients' goals and progress.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
CPR and First Aid certification are an asset.
