As an In-Home Sales & Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, measure spaces, price and sell interior and closet door solutions, design functional and beautiful storage spaces, prepare quotations, and guide projects from initial consultation through completion.
This role involves assisting customers with product selection, explaining design and installation options, identifying site conditions, preparing accurate measurements and quotations, and delivering a high-end customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners across the GTA
- Design custom closet and storage solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare quotations and present design recommendations
- Manage projects through the sales and installation process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate communication between clients, production, and installation teams
- Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the client experience
