Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our project sites and facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as directed
- Support construction or maintenance activities by performing basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
- Assist team members with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow across job sites
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labor, construction, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills
