Lunchdrop is hiring a Business Development Sales Manager in Toronto. Compensation: $110k–$215k+ (Base + Uncapped Commission).
We are a fast-growing tech company providing offices with an automated lunch solution. We partner with top restaurants and service some of the largest companies in the country including Google, Amazon, Dell, and Apple.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts in your territory
- Build and manage a full sales pipeline from scratch
- Meet clients face-to-face, develop relationships, and close deals
- Deliver consistent activity daily through calls, in-person visits, and email
- Hit and exceed quotas while earning uncapped commissions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of outside sales experience (catering or B2B sales is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- High-energy hunter mentality with no fear of cold calls or office visits
- Strong communicator who listens well and builds trust quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Location
This is a field sales role focused on Toronto and the surrounding area. You’ll be out in the market daily visiting offices and meeting prospects face-to-face. No overnight travel.
