Nova Force Contractors is a growing commercial and industrial contracting company specializing in hospital, healthcare, insurance, and remediation work. We operate across multiple active hospital and institutional sites and take pride in professionalism, safety, and high quality workmanship.
As we continue to scale, we are looking to add an experienced carpenter to support our site supervisor and project teams.
The Role
This position works closely with our site supervisor on active hospital and institutional job sites. You will complete interior construction and carpentry tasks to a high standard while working in clean, occupied, and safety-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Interior carpentry work on hospital and institutional projects
- Installation of doors, frames, hardware, and millwork
- Metal and wood stud framing as required
- Installation of backing, blocking, and structural carpentry components
- Minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow hospital safety protocols and site procedures
- Work efficiently within scheduled timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry
- Experience working with metal stud framing and interior construction
- Ability to read drawings and follow site instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in active hospital environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Clear communication and professional attitude
Hospital or institutional experience is an asset but not required.
