Position Summary
The System Coordinator is responsible for providing application support across all phases of the project lifecycle, including demonstrations, testing, implementation, and customer support. This role plays a key part in enabling both internal teams and clients to effectively understand and utilize the product.
The incumbent supports software development activities, conducts comprehensive testing, prepares and delivers system demonstrations, and assists with ongoing maintenance. The System Coordinator also evaluates system variances, analyzes issues, and provides recommendations for resolution based on client feedback and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and supporting documentation
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and system demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Create user guides, help documentation, and other support materials
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
- Conduct system testing, including developing test strategies and documenting results
- Collaborate with development teams to document, test, and validate system functionality
- Partner with marketing to support the creation of product documentation and promotional materials
- Track and analyze technical issues and customer complaints to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and modify forms, reports, and statistical outputs tailored to client or project requirements
- Customize deliverables under the guidance of the Systems Support Lead or Manager
- Recommend enhancements to existing software based on customer feedback and usage trends
- Analyze and troubleshoot system errors and performance issues
- Maintain a systematic, organized, and structured approach to documentation, presentations, and project plans
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in system or software industry
- Excellent Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with Database Management Systems
- Familiarity with AI systems and their implementation is considered an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel within Ontario may be required for client site visits or to accompany the Manager on client engagements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
