Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/une Analyste Financier/es Sénior motivé/ée et détaillé/ée
En tant qu’Analyste Financier Sénior (AFS), vous jouerez un rôle important au sein de l’équipe de comptabilité. Le/la candidat(e) devra fournir un support à la direction en utiliser ses expériences dans le but d’améliorer les résultats financiers et contribuer à la croissance et au succès de la compagnie. Relevant de la direction générale, vous participerez à la planification financière, le contrôle budgétaire, l’analyse de performance et l’optimisation des processus comptables.
Responsabilités clés:
· Superviser le cycle comptable mensuel/annuel en suivant les recommandations des PCGR:
· Superviser l’équipe comptable et assurer la fiabilité des informations financières,
· Préparer les entrées de journal et documentation appropriée,
· Compléter les conciliations des éléments clés du bilan et de l’état des résultats,
· Identifier, suggérer et implanter des améliorations de processus budgétaires et comptables,
· Implanter et suivre les budgets, les prévisions financières et les indicateurs de performance (KPI). Analyser les écarts budgétaires et proposer des solutions aux administrateurs,
· Produire les états financiers en s’assurer d’une bonne communication avec les vérificateurs,
· Appuyer les gestionnaires dans l’interprétation des données financières pour leurs unités respectives et participer aux différents comités d’améliorations selon les besoins.
Profile recherché:
· 5+ ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’analyse financière et expériences en manufacture,
· Éducation post-secondaire avec une spécialité en finance ou comptabilité,
· CPA ou équivalent,
· Avoir une expérience prouvée dans la production de rapports financiers et connaissance des PCGR,
· Optimiste, sociable et ouvert à donner et recevoir des feedbacks en toute honnêteté,
· Excellente communication écrite et verbale autant en français ou en anglais,
· Être aptes à travailler de manière indépendante et à prendre des initiatives,
· Être capable de travailler efficacement en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs financiers de l’entreprise,
· Microsoft Excel avancé incluant formules complexes, recherche et analyse de données et autres outils nécessaires,
· Expériences avec Sage 300 ERP, Quick Books ou autres logiciels similaires.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to joint our team.
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will play an important role in the companies’ accounting and finance team. The candidate will be providing support to the owner in and outside the finance department, leveraging his/her talents to drive exceptional results and actively contribute to the growth and success of the organization. The candidate will be actively participating in financial reporting and analysis (including complex financial accounting issues), reconciliations, compilation of financial data, including preparation of financial statements and KPI dashboards and sharing the results of their work with the owner on a regular basis.
About the Opportunity:
· Monthly/annually full cycle accounting activities (IFRS accounting standards) such as:
· Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable,
· Manage the day-to-day accounting operation,
· Complete reconciliation of key balance sheet and income statement accounts,
· Identify, suggest and actively implement best practices and process improvements,
· Perform assessment of critical financial records in collaboration with stakeholders to identify root causes of any discrepancies and/or communicate results to executives,
· Maintain schedules and work with external auditors to support annual audits as necessary,
· Assist executives and department teams with other projects, duties, tasks and ad-hoc reports, as assigned from time to time.
About You:
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services field or related industry,
· Post-secondary education with a specialization in Finance or Accounting,
· CPA or equivalent designation,
· Full cycle accounting experience and working knowledge of IFRS,
· Great verbal and written communication (English and French),
· Meticulous attention to detail, while effectively managing complex priorities,
· Solid analytical, data mining and problem-solving skills,
· Self-learner, able to function with minimal supervision past initial orientation,
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis tools, troubleshooting, etc.,
· Experience with Sage 300 ERP, Quick Books or similar accounting software is a plus.
