Role Overview
The Talen Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the full recruitment cycle across Triumph Group, sourcing and placing both hourly field workers and salaried positions. You will partner with hiring managers across roofing, glazing, cladding, and other divisions to fill roles quickly with candidates who are the right fit for the work and the team. What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in construction, trades, or a multi-site environment
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written communication for job postings, candidate correspondence, and offer documentation
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once across different role types and seniority levels

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both hourly field positions and salaried corporate roles across all Triumph divisions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand each role before sourcing begins, and collaborate on job postings that accurately reflect the position and the team
- Write and post job listings across platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal channels
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-frequency and hard-to-fill roles, particularly in the trades
- Communicate with candidates at every stage, from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements using approved company templates
- Track open requisitions, recruitment activity, and key hiring metrics in the ATS and internal trackers
- Attend career fairs and site visits as needed to represent Triumph and connect with trade talent
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires including paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling
